Our refund policy is good for 30 days from the date you placed your order. Refunds are available only for products that arrive damaged (photos required), not as described (photos required), or for any incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email pictures of the product to and we will process you a refund immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be deposited to the payment method you originally used.

Just Authentic Living is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or confiscated items by shipping carrier or customs. 


If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, send us an email at within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order will be have been processed and the above Return/Refund terms will still apply.
